He didn't say he "regrets doing" it. He said he hates the movie. That's a huge difference.

reply

Everybody's entitled to their own opinion. I don't think that CT made any difference in these movies at all.

reply

I don't blame him the first one was pretty bad. He is a fan of the cartoon so you know how that goes.

reply

If it makes him feel any better, he was a rather poor choice to play Duke.

Agreed

Tatum seems to be right, because this franchise is now dead.

Last I heard they were waiting for Dwayne Johnson to become available. So if they're really postponing the third film just for Roadblock, then it might-as-well be dead. I wouldn't mind seeing him come back, but I think Duke's half-brother Falcon should be the main character in the third film.

Maybe he should return the money he was paid to be in them.

When theres no more room in Hollywood, remakes shall walk the Earth.

reply

Actually in the article he is only critical of the first one, but does admit it made him very well known in Hollywood, for which he is thankful.🐭

reply

Regardless of the hate, killing his Character off was a Mistake!

reply

He hates the movie because it's not a gay a$$ franchise like the crap he's used to playing. Personally I'm glad to see his a$$ killed off in Retaliation. I think The Rock was the saving grace of this film. Just a personal opinion.

reply

Why? It's not like the guy is making Citizen Kane movies out there.
