How to record in a sauna?

I was wondering how in the hell they are able to film in the sauna with out the lenses getting foggy?

It is a matter of ensuring the lens is really hot, the water vapour only condenses on surfaces that are colder than the surrounding air.

On this occasion the gear was brought into the sauna at ambient temperature and was heated up along with the sauna, so eventually everything was in equal temperature.
