Jeff Gutt has a good shot in the rock market. He doesn't really need this sill teen screamfest anyways. He is BETTER than this! With that being said. I'd love him to win it all but happy he got as far as he did.

i think with the right marketing, all three could have good success, but when has this show ever delivered on marketing?

Alex and Sierra are actually marketable. A lot of alt-folk-ish music is popular right now (Mumford and Sons, Ellie Goulding, Phillip Phillips- not super popular but he has had songs on the radio and his style is pretty similar to A&S, The Lumineers, etc.). Plus they are something new and they do just kind of click together. I've been loving all of their performances in the past week or so.
Jeff isn't as marketable, but I do think he could do decent a la Daughtry. Jeff probably should get a band behind him, but he has a good rock voice.
I don't see Carlito doing anything great in the US but wouldn't be surprised if he's popular in some other random country.
