You can tell she didn't know exactly what the video skit was going to be. She's had problems with drug and alcohol abuse in the past so I don't think she liked the insinuation of something "in her cup". You could see her mouthing something about "that would be effed up" after she realized it was only "annoying juice" they were talking about.
