He could've easily been eliminated from this show the first week or two of the competition and he just kept fighting and surviving and actually made it ot the finals that is huge for him.

Me too. I really think he will have a career in the Latin market. I bet Paulina will help him out. She is pretty big in that market I believe. That's definitely Carlito's direction.

Yeah Carlito will be okay. He won't have to rely on failing in the American market like the other acts do, he actually has an outlet where he can succeed a lot easier and since this kid has a determination of fighting he won't give up like the others have before him.

I've never been a fan of Carlito, because his style/genre is just not my cup of tea, but I have a lot of respect for him because he was an underdog who kept fighting, and has obviously improved immensely since his audition. You can tell that he really wanted to make the most of his time on the show.
I have a feeling that his stint on X Factor is finally going to give him all the opportunities that he has been waiting for, and although I personally won't be buying his music, I do hope he finally gets his happy ending, he's got a lot of heart.
He'll be fine. Definitely has potential as a crossover act!
