Stupid ending to Part 1

Okay, I'm a U.S. Marshall, and an immensely rich evil drug cartel creep has threatened my life, so I'm going to stay in a hotel, but to get to the hotel I'LL DRIVE MY OWN CAR (with no accompanying marshall or bodyguards!!) AND SIT IT SAID CAR, ALONE, NOT PAYING ATTENTION BECAUSE I'M LISTENING TO MUSIC, IN AN EMPTY PARKING LOT [sitting duck, anyone!?!]
What a goober! It's bad enough that we have to pretend that she can catch the bad guys every week just by listening to "their" music, but this tops the "makes no sense at all and is unrealistic" list.

I think this is the kind of thing that would bother you if the show itself bothers you. This same scenario happens on lots of shows.

It didn't really bother me at all.

It didn't bother me one bit.

For those who are in the real profession, of course its going to bother you (if you let it) just like some doctors will be bothered by Greys Anatomy and shows of the like.

Simple. Don't watch.

Can I see your credentials?

As soon as Annie went out to her car alone, I said "This is dumb." She knows she was threatened, probably didn't tell anybody and is out at night by herself. I rather have had them break into where ever she was staying and grab her.

That's what I got, too, was the OP isn't a US Marshal but is setting up a scenario.

I don't think US Marshals are allowed to tell the general public they are US Marshals.

SHe did tell someone if you listen to Jimmy right right before he leaves the office. He tells her Hye they threatened your life and take it seriously, but of course, she's the typical macho woman who thinks she's unbeatable, so why not go to the car alone.

I started watching this show half-way through the kidnapping's second episode, liked the action and a couple of the actors so I watched all the episodes before. The thing that puzzles me on this show is how she keeps risking her life every episode and no one is there to have her back. They're searching a warehouse and they split up into ones!! Really? SO of course, she finds the guy and they engage in a 3 minute fight that is almost over before anyone "rescues" her. Uhhh, ok! And if they have guns and have shown they are willing to fire and kill, why even get in the fight to begin with! Yes it's a show and the action draws the audience, but it just messes with our intelligence, which is the point of the OP. I do like the show and will keep watching it, but obviously it is not meant to be realistic in any way.

I can't remember if it was the first or second show but Annie did something really stupid, rushed an armed suspect, and her partner reamed her for it. He yelled at her about trying to make up for her father, who was some kind of criminal?

Sorry to be so cryptic but I really can't remember it well. I think the older episodes from earlier in the season are online at the network, though, if you want to watch them.

And, yes, I couldn't believe they all split up either. I would have thought that rule number one in a large building like that would be "Pair Up!"

But then we wouldn't get to see Annie opening up her can of Whoop Ass in every episode.
