1. When the bad guy is shooting the first guy with the nail gun. Nail guns will only fire if the tip is depressed or held back, neither of which the bad guy does.

2. When Annie and the computer tech are examining the photo, they enhance a reflection on the railing of the boat in the picture. After they enhance the photo the word GALVESTON is perfectly legible, when in fact it should be backwards as it is a reflection and has not been flipped yet.

Good eye on the nail gun. I have used a nail gun and, as you said, they will not fire as depicted on the show. It is a safety feature required by OSHA.
