Network TV needs to learn from cable

I am getting SO SICK of having my favorite series cancelled after too few episodes.

They need to learn from cable. Produce a full season and run all the eposodes, even if the ratings are low.

At the very least, they won't P.O. their loyal viewers.

But, I'll bet that the ratings will pick-up with some series... especially the series that take a few episode to "get."

I'd put Love Bites in that category.

Right now all the networks are pretty much all doing the same Crime procedurals and mostly conventional comedies. Reality Television seems keep growing. Look at Fox giving up all that space for X-factor. I am sure lovers of mediocre TV will tune in. Fox cancel so much of its lineup it was basically a bloodbath. Now they have less options for scripted programming. They now have 3 sci fi shows, 1 doctor show, and crime procedural as drama options for viewers. I really betting on the NBC to succeed in it en devours. So there still hope for quality TV on broadcast networks.

I agree Fox is really backing themselves into a corner, Fringe is all but cancelled, I know it got renewed but I bet that it is gone by xmas, if it airs in the fall. House is supposedly going to end after this season. I don't see The Cleveland Show lasting much longer, I like it but it doesn't have the magic of Family Guy, or the quirks of American Dad.

To be honest, I really liked Sons of Tuscon and Breaking In, they both just needed support which the networks don't give anymore. Chicago Code was incredible, at least they let it play out, but I wanted to see more!!
