Profanities, but not in the US airing?


Just watched episode five of season two on UK channel Universal, and in Jason Alexanders' final scene in the prison cell, he said "it's *beep* interesting now"

I was shocked, but not offended, because I thought US network TV was profanity free.

wonder why they put them in, if they can't include them in the US network broadcast?

It is slightly strange. I think they are just going for realism. In the US version they swear as well but it is borrows out. Sometimes I think its done for the humor of it as well.
