Last night we were watching the show and realized that the blonde lawyer had joined the firm. Last we saw, she was with the firm that was sueing Harry for taking advantage of the injured lawyer. What did we miss?

I don't think she's officially joined yet (but I could be wrong). I think Ollie just wanted to use her skills at realting to tennagers to his advantage. There's a precedent for it since Tommy has tried cases with members of Harry's firm as well, even though he's not part of the firm (yet, anyway).

She hasn't joined the firm...yet. She did, however, help Ollie with the 17 year-old girl who was selling the "just in case" medication.

It seemed kind of bizarre to me. She was representing the lawyer who was planning to sue Harry, so it's probably already a conflict of interest her working for both firms.

Then at the awards later she offered to go solo to get the verdict so Ollie could compete. And he was competing with Harry against the firm she was representing.

If I was the lawyer who wanted the settlement back from Harry, I would have fired Phoebe.
