The man who cried rape

He obviously wanted it but had an attack of guilty conscience. He could have easily beaten her off but he did not. Truth be told he wanted it, enjoyed the *beep* and climaxed. What a bloody wimp. The woman should not have to apologize and the legal advice she got was appalling.

Agreed. He already admitted that he intentionally cheated anyway (kissing is cheating, don't need the sex) so I don't know why he'd go through all that hassle just to ease his conscience that it wasn't his fault.

And I doubt that drug she gave him only started to kick in as she began having sex with him.

The drug given to him was done so at the bar, correct? Regardless, no means no. Being physically stimulated is not the same as wanting it. Cassie even cited cases where it was considered rape, even though the woman climaxed because it is a physical response, which is not the same thing as "wanting it", especially if the person was drugged. As a woman, it angered me that the other side of the coin was not perceived (at the beginning) of the episode. (For example, when his attorney (Tommy Jefferson) asked her questions, but her attorney wouldn't let her answer citing 'rape shield'. I thought it was AWESOME that he taped her confession, released it to the media and made the remix. At least men would know what to what to look for the next time they were drinking with her.

Except he did not release it to anyone. He simply recorded it and played it back for her using his "remix ap" to throw a scare into her.

After he told her no it doesn't matter if he really wanted it or not because she should have stopped. And since she did drug him to make him foggy and easier to get in bed he couldn't consent to sex anyway.
