what the hell was that?

I've just watched and I have no idea what it is that I have seen.

It was a completely incoherent mess. it made no sense, none of the characters were interesting, Posey Parker was playing a paraody of a paradoy rather than someone real. It wasnt funny, once.

I have a feeling it was someone trying to do Wes Anderson but without the vision or artistic ability.

Even at 77 minutes, it seemed to drag and be way too long.
