I'm very torn with this one...(spoilers)

It had a good storyline, well filmed etc...but the one thing that bugged me was why the hell did the family not take off running as fast as they could when they realized the Dad had snapped?! They had plenty of opportunity! I don't care if they were in the middle of nowhere if someone's just stabbed someone to death in front of me I'm running at the first opportunity!!!

Following that after they saw him kill the boss, the wife thinks it's a good idea to stand around arguing the crazy Dad who has obviously reached the point of no return??! Is she suicidal?!

An even worse idea is standing there telling your husband that the man he just murdered was better in the sack than he was.

Did anyone else have the same issue with this film?
