People are really scared of Grover?

I was looking at 'Getting On' a show also with Ricky Grover in it. I wanted to see if he had moved on. I looked at his IMDB page and noticed that he was billed as a 'writer'. It thought to myself-'writer~? I bet his scripts are only about tough nuts, or boxing.'' ~ My gut instinct is usually good so, guess what-I was only right.
Anyway-back to this film. Its dire. I'm pretty sure people are terrified of this guy and he gets a lot more chances and leeway than his actual talent would suggest. A bit of a poor mans Ray Winstone, who I'm sure, people are also scared of!
