Just a small nitpick about this week's episode.

Earlier in the episode, Bobby said he'd been playing in Europe for 8 years and he was ready to come home.

At the end of the episode, Tyana said she'd discovered she was pregnant right after he left and she'd been carrying that secret for 6 years.

When she talked to Delroy towards the end of the episode, he said he met her mother in 1982.Assuming Tyana was born shortly after that, she would have been 22 in 2004 and would have graduated that year.Assuming it is 2010 or early 2011, it would have been 6 years since he went to Europe. So what she said was correct, while what Bobby said is incorrect.

Now, if those two things had been said in different episodes, it could be excused. It could be chalked up to a writer forgetting dates he'd established in previous episodes or it could be a different writer who wasn't paying attention to the other episode. But to have a writer mention a date in one episode and then have a character directly contradict it in the same episode is just bad writing.

I know some people may not have picked up on it, but I'm a writer and a continuity nut, so those things jump out at me.I understand there isn't always continuity between episodes of sitcoms, and some lines are throwaway and are just said to make jokes, but not in the same episode.
