Actually Played Poker With Jason Gedrick Saturday Night

So I was playing Poker at the Players Casino in Ventura, CA Saturday night and Jason Gedrick sat in on my table. It was only a 2/3 No Limit Game, max buyin was $300, but he sat down and played. Our table ended up breaking and we both moved up to a 3/5 No Limit Game where the max buyin is $1000. We played in that one for a few more hours before I left. I dont think anyone at the table knew who he was but me, and I didnt say anything, but the guy was cool as can be. Very personable, regular Joe kind of guy. He was doing well in the game too. I really wanted to tell him he played much better than Jerry, but like I said, nobody else seemed to recognize him so I didnt want him to be bothered. It looked like the Dealers and Waitresses new him though, so he might be a regular there. Not sure if he lives in Ventura or not. Story of the night for me was him cracking my A-A with an 8-9 of diamonds. He chased me down and caught a flush for a $200 pot. Fun night though and a cool guy, hope to see him again there.

Thanks for sharing, it's easy to believe that Jason is a personable guy.

Looks like Jerry might actually be a better poker player than we thought after he won his ticket tonight.

Could be that Leo just knew how to push Jerry's buttons, it sure seems that way.

A man's got to know his limitations.

That was a pretty long post for such a boring story. You should have at least messed with him and started cracking some jerry jokes in an asian accent.

Instead you sat at the table and just played poker while recognizing his face.

Im sorry my nine line story was too long for you. I imagine you to be quite the reader when not online. Either way, the guy was having a good time and wasnt being bothered, and he was conversational just as a player. No need to put him on the spot like that.
