This movie wasn't bad at all.

I say good film. Why?

The film was fine though I can make some of the same criticisms that I make of many most action adventure films where the hero seems to come across as a fictional superman without human character. Here the hero played by Djimon Hounsou as Curtie Church plays a great action adventure hero and a human character on a spiritual journey in toying with and courting death.

How is it as a film as well appreciate? Because in the western consumer society they have become idiots as spoiled brats totally unappreciative of what they have not been brainwashed to believe in what I compare to Pinocchio where as lazy they turn into donkeys.

Djimon Hounsou the Beninese born actor with a French accent who grew up in Lyon exhibits fine qualities and most likely is as under appreciated and under valued as an actor by the Americans as was Arnold Schwarzenegger (and Bella Lugosi) until one day they "discover the talent". Where as 20 years younger I expect the best films to come from him.

Even more interesting is the screenplay which interjects aspects of a multicultural world into what is otherwise a dull and boring audience who most often watch films like this because their lives and worlds are so far removed from the realities of the real world on the whole. Where the issue of child prostitution does not enter their thoughts, and where they finance the high life of the great and powerful crimes and corruption every day while hypocritically bad mouth the lowest people on the totem pole in a politics that distracts the masses in delusions where the west is actually the main cause and perpetrator of violence in the world as the industrial financiers and orchestrators of the push button death by drone robots of what the Nazis could not have imagined.

I hope the west has nightmares of a big black guys, Germans and Hungarians until they wake up and change the world properly not just the channel.
