The cats...

I got weary when Victor got a cat, then when I saw psycho-French lady putting poison in the food, I had to turn it off.
I'm a pansy, haha.
I want to finish it, but animal deaths in movies bother me a lot, even though they're not real.

I'm totally with you. It really infuriates me for several reasons. First, it's just lazy bad writing. It's a way to get drama but without killing off a character. It's SO routine and predictable in film now that if the movie is evenly remotely thrillerish and there is a pet, I count down till the animal is killed. It also really bothers me because it gives despicable people motivation and incentive to harm animals as a way to hurt someone. And, specific ideas of how to do it. There is one film I really REALLY wish I could unsee where they tortured a poor baby animal in a particularly novel way and I just know that some sick pos went and copied it. STOP KILLING ANIMALS IN MOVIES, you sick lazy film makers!

So you continued to watch the movie after multiple women had been raped and killed, but when two cats were poisoned...that part was too much for you to keep watching?

I can't stand when animals are harmed either, but I will continue watching if the animal killer is killed in an act of revenge. So suck on that boot
