Why the low score? Not worth watching?

I haven't seen the film. But since I always chck imdb for scores on new films I'm curious to why it has a 3/10. But only 20 votes. Usually when people dislike afilm do give it low ratings they have something to say about it.
So, whats wrong with it?

It's poor.

Very slow and boring and just not a lot to recommend.
