Why not just a sequal to Russell Crowe's version?

I don't get it?

reply

You'll see why when it comes out. ;)

That's a terrible answer

lol came here to ask that myself, even though I am aware users can't give an answer. Is this suppose to be a prequel or what?

If you look at the article on the main Ghosts of Sherwood page here on IMDB, you'll see a link to a Fangoria piece which should be telling. It mentions a little bit about the plot there too. I believe this is a whole new take on the Robin Hood story.

this is apparently a very low budget horror version of the story in which Robin and his merry men become zombies or some such. Obviously this has nothing to do with the Russell Crowe Robin Hood or any other version of the story! ;)

by the way, for fans of Robin Hood in it's various incarnations, there is a Web Series that is in the works that should be excellent. It is going to be called Prince of Thieves, and will be a modern version of the classic story. You can find their page on facebook.

Because this has no connection whatesoever to the Russell Crowe film.

Because this is not being made by anyone connected to that film.

It isn't even made by anyone connected to reality.

reply

Meh. Reality's overrated anyway.
