Gulf Oil: Conspiracy

The Apostille Convention is important to prove where people are born, even if it was from a surrogate mother, or medical "test tube" maternity ward. The ability to prove birth and lineage is well known still today as in medieval Europe due to rights of ownership with property rights such as shipping lanes, and trade routes that were historically run by those families. The "assets" of today are not the rights of property that may have been documented previously, by fiduciary right that by the same power of the signature. People who would seek to use environmental terrorism and economics by the same fiduciary powers to divide and enjoin the trust of the people could be no less than fraudulent scheme artists, seeking an artifice that conceals or barters their true financial objectives. The Gulf Oil Spill allows that public comments within the Federal Register give evidence to the United States regarding the super fund that pays for the clean up, however all United States citizens should recognize their power of citizenship within the United States to learn the global economy and foreign policy extending knowledge of fair business and justice to nations such as the United States of Mexico which could harbor such villainous economists and their plans of fraud, or schemes to defraud government.
