Copy of 'Catch me if you Can'?

I haven't watched the movie yet, but from the trailers and the descriptions, it seems to me that this movie is the copy of Leonardo DiCaprio's "Catch me if you Can".
Correct me if I am wrong, but the trailer even had this saying:
"Catch TMK if you Can".
Is it yet another talk for Bollywood blunder?

by the TMK preview articles it looks like a copy of After The Fox (1966) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0060200/

Anyways 99% of Indian entertainers are always copied from every other foreign films and our Indian audience also makes them Hit. I may watch this film only if reviews are good, lost my interest in Akshay films.

By trailers TMK is nowhere like Catch Me If You Can and hope TMK haven't copied any major con scenes or con tricks from it.

If it was the copy of Catch me if you can it would have been far-far better but it is has no single resemblence to it or anyther good films cause it is bad really bad
