Well, seeing as the majority of the cast is over 30 (and most look to be well into their rather haggard 40's) it's not too surprising they can't unravel "the mystery of the deserted lodge/cabin/resort"- if the characters by that age haven't even been able to solve "the mystery of the elusive college degree"... Where the hell are Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby when you need 'em?

sharei went through this board hoping someone would mention the age of these actors. wow it was very bizarre watching a film where late 30 something characters acted like teenagers. the whole plot even seemed like it should have been much younger actors. group of friends from college going to a cabin in the woods for a weekend.. but theyre 40. lol it was just weird.

nope not just u. they didnt look that old to me either. besides i'm 40-ish. we go camping, rv-ing, fishing trips all the time. and what makes u look "haggard" at 40? i thought 40 is the new 30?

shareFirstly: not all of them were in college. I think only one girl was talking about her thesis...?
Secondly: there's no age limit for college. You could go in your 90s if you wanted to.
I thought a couple looked out of place on age but some people start college later or go for a while, nobody looks to be in thier 40's to me.
