She's a horrible nanny!

I could not muster up any empathy for the female lead... She broke all of the mother's rules and abandoned the children at one point! Not to mention, she is a lazy advertising executive and she apparently has horrible money management skills. Her character came off as a total ditz in the movie. And she couldn't even spend that extra time that she didn't spend working to style her hair properly! It was always a scraggly mess! I think the screen writers should have done their homework, and come up with a more logical and empathy-inducing back story for the nanny.
