Heavy Winter Coats in Beverly Hills???

One night they are wearing heavy winter coats and caps and the next it's short sleeved shirts and dresses! What gives with the wardrobe department?? I understand that they might need a heavy jacket for the ice skating rink, but can't figure out how one time they need heavy coats and the next, nothing! Strange weather they're having out in Beverly Hills!!
