Video not loading on official website?

Just wondering if anyone is running into the problem of the film not loading on the main website or if it's just me? It does all the pre-film sequences (e.g. walking across the road to the cinema, buying tickets from the kiosk, sitting down in the theatre to watch the film) then the curtains open, the screen goes white like it's about to start and then nothing happens. It just's sticks on that screen. I've tried loading it on both safari and chrome, both of which worked before. I also tried updating Flash player, as it suggests. Still nothing.
