Will it get a PS2 release?

It's hard to tell. The PS2 sold so well that games released for multiple consoles still now sell them for PS2 even 7 years after the PS2 was released. But now it seems they are gradually stopping releasing things for the PS2, as they are trying to get those PS2 fans to get PS3s. Since Deathly Hallows won't be released until some time next year, it could go either way at this point.
