Ttories about moving buildings have been around from the days of Bana Yaga to "Howl's Moving Castle". But I hadn't heard of a whole city on wheels before this goofy movie. Mind you, if the idea is original it's the only thing original about it, the story is the usual mix of Fantasy cliches.
