Is anyone else still having trouble with the multiplayer? I keep getting messages like...
"Your connection to the host timed out"
"The WFC server is unavailable at this time"
"Your connection to the host was lost"
It happens after a match, during a match, sometimes even *before* a match gets underway... Is it just my system for some reason or are other people having this problem? Is there anything I can do?
All the freakin time. the otherday when we got in a game together I was dropped before it started, and today it happened 4 times. I just gave up and played ModNation (its at least stable).
shareI paid $40 to have my wireless router company try to even out the connection to the PS3, but it's still happening. Is it the game's server or is it the PS3 network? Do other PS3 games do this? It's fun playing, but half the time it's not worth it because "the server is not available," or my "connection to the host was lost," or my "connection to the host timed out." It's annoying as hell...
If you're behind a firewall or your default settings on your router are configured such that you can't connect then you might need to change your router's firewall/security settings. I don't have an issue with connecting to the network on my PS3, but I do have issues connecting to the network through my PSP.

It's got to be the game server. Right after I was dumped from WFC I jumped into ModNation Racers and ran 10 races online with no problems at all.
shareI'm getting similar messages, not all the time, just enough to be a minor annoyance. However, my internet connection is pretty weak, also.
