Casting Jason Todd (live action)

Even just a few years ago I would have said Jensen Ackles, but I think if Jason Todd appeared in a live action movie the actor would need to look twenty-something (if not skewing even a little lower). So excluding Jensen, who would do a good job in the role of Red Hood in a live action movie?

One possibility would be Alex Høgh Andersen who just started playing Ivar the Boneless on Vikings

He's about the right size, age, and has the right look.
