Did they somewhat alter his voice for some reason? I watch supernatural so I know what Jensen sounds like and in this it kind-of sounds like him, but off.

You're seriously off, pal. His performance was frigging intense. One of the best voice performances in all DC animation. And that's coming from one guy who disliked his perf in "Smallville". But his Jason Todd - just damn good.
