What's the name of the similar film...?

I saw a USA film within the last 5 or 6 years similar to this.

A husband and wife are quarantined in their home, house covered in plastic, hazmat/hazchem guys turn up etc., after some disease outbreak. Entire film is set within the house.

Looked like a fairly low budget production, only a few actors in it.

Does anyone recollect a film like this?

There's also a Spanish film which is along the same lines it's called Rec.
There's also an American remake of it.

CONTAGION is also a virus and epidemic related film which focuses more on the workflow of the spreading of contagion and the fateful result of collapsed human society.
