(SPOILER) Horatio's infection

How could Horatio got infected since he suited up most of the time, I doubt he got it from the official truck where the doctor died inside, how come he got such infectious virus ? Could he get it from Coco, and Coco in fact is immune ?

Anyone care to explain ?

He was stabbed in his arm through his suit by Zanutto and the infection got in that way.
