Book Vs. Film

Anyone think the movie paled in comparison to the book? The book was exciting. The characters were well written out and detailed. I feel like the movie rushed over so much, I know it's a lot to fit into a 2 hour movie but there was some other stuff they probably could have left out.

The characters of Harriet and Martin were fascinating in the book but really just bored me in the movie. I didn't care for that ending at all, why didn't they just go with the original?

Rooney Mara did however do an EXCELLENT job as Lisbeth. Award winning for sure.
