Hope to see Penguin as main villain in the next game!

The Penguin was really good in this game. He was so evil and full of hate and genuinely chilling. He was a terrific addition to this game, so I hope to see Mr. Cobblepot back for the third outing, if it happens. I'd like to see Mr. Freeze back too, probably if he doesn't take Batman's advice.

The Penguin, Mr. Freeze, Mad Hatter, who else should be there?

I'm not sure how they could do more with Penguin than they did in City so i'd leave him out.

I'd like to see Two-Face play a much bigger role though. In Arkham City it was little more than a cameo, which is a shame for such a complex and interesting character.

Black Mask will almost certainly be a major villain in the next game as we've had teasers for him twice now and we know he's broken out.

If you asked me to put money on one villain as the big bad though for the next game, it would be Hush. The identity quest mission ends on such a cliffhanger and it would be great if he was orchestrating a huge conspiracy against Wayne (maybe teaming up with the Riddler like in the graphic novel (spoilers, but any self respecting Batman fan should have read it by now).

I'm pretty sure Scarecrow will return too. There are several easter eggs in Arkham City that hint he's planning something big.

I would love the Reaper/Phantasm to make an appearance too, though he's probably more side mission fare.

Maxie Zeus could be good, but probably not for a main villain, if they handled him like Grant Morrison's interpretation.

Other prominant villains we haven't seen yet: The Ventriloquist, Prometheus and Firefly.

I'd love to see Red Hood/Jason Todd featured as well.

Hush and Azreal for sure. Firefly would be great as well.

That mission was a pointless waste of time shoehorned into the game JUST for the sake of a cliffhanger. It added NOTHING. Batman would NOT just let someone like that walk away, especially if he's impersonating Bruce Wayne. If that is a plot in the next game, it BETTER be worth it. It really better be worth it.

Yeah, nobody really knows that much about Black Mask, outside of the comic readers.

Man-Bat in a kind of Solomon Grundy role, big physical boss fight OR like Hush, finding devoured bodies all over the place leading to some detective work, find Man-Bat up a belltower or something

"Bitch, I was in proximity!"

No more Penguin! He was so annoying when I finally got to punch him out I used the cape swipe/power punch move even though he was half Batman's size!

Penguin was really great. A hateful evil man. But since he was a main villain in this I don't think he'll get to be again in the next one. Joker is the only villain who got to be a main villain in two games and that's because he's the Joker.

Cobblepot was absolutely loathful in this game. I think he was my favorite villain, never saw him as much of a threat before playing this.

You're the funniest thing I seen since Biter chewed off that Septa's teats - Rorge

Penguin is a big threat when he's written properly. Not every writer does him justice.

I'd prefer to see Two Face, Freeze, Scarecrow or Riddler as the main villain.

Two Face because he is an incredibly interesting character who anyone can write a decent story for, he is also similar to Joker in that his story can be very comedic, if written properly.

Freeze because he is truly one of the greatest villians ever, and needs to be recognised more by mainstream superhero fans.

Scarecrow because he was heavily featured in the first game and in the second game if you find his lair you will see that he may be infecting cockroaches to spread the toxin, which implies he has big plans.

And Riddler because he has been so heavily featured in the first 2 games, it would make sense.

Bane and catwoman, lol

Actually...Bane wouldn't be too bad.

Hush and Black Mask, with Riddler being more of just a "go solve my riddles" side quest.
