Dread Doctors?
Were they defeated last season or will they be back this season? I don't recall an "ending" with them.

They were defeated. The Beast went mad and killed two of them. The last died after talking to Scott (don't remember exactly how). In the trailer you could see they will have at least one flashback scene in S6 but they're definitely gone.
