Why is only the voice of Grace credited on imdb (Tammy Trull), and not the actor who plays her?

That is odd. Why would they even use a difference person for the voice? I can't find her name on Netflix either. It was Randi something... meanwhile Kane Hodder gets a top billing spot and he's in the film for 10 minutes.
