What was she making her daughter eat?

The part where the mother is forcing food down the girl's throat, what the hell is that? It looks like a nasty mixture of mashed potatoes, vanilla icing, lard, and raw meat.

haven't seen the movie. as far as the true story goes according to interviews with the youngest daughter it was macaroni and cheese mixed with lard.

It was macaroni and cheese mixed with lard. The daughter also throws that up and is made to eat that too. Sick! And it still doesn't even come close to what Theresa Knor actually did to her children.
