- DON'T READ IF YOU DIDN'T SEE THE MOVIE YET! -

This movie made me so angry. Good thing "mom" died in the end, too bad the "last
standing girl" acted too late. My brain hurts!

Do you have a link to that?

edit: Must be her: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theresa_Knorr

OP-- Since you're a rookie, hopefully just a gentle reminder about spoiler warnings will suffice, especially since I didn't visit the board until after I watched it. Otherwise it might have been time for the "board of board etiquette education".

"board of board etiquette education" Wow was that necessary. I mean the OP did say, "DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THIS YET!" Not everyone knows how to do the whole "Spoiler" html. I've been using IMDB for years and still don't know how and can care less. I would of still been considerate, like the OP did and posted something similar. I would think that anyone who views this without seeing the movie first and then get mad because of the OP's post is just being a moron. I viewed it without seeing the movie and guess what, I still want to see it. How about that?

reply

I have to agree ...he did say not to read if you haven't seen the movie in the title.

Mzprttybrwneyez-1 and pstapley- Just a gentle reminder about how to read a post: notice that my post was made prior to an edit of the op's post. Just out of curiosity, what edit do either of you think was applied to that post?

Theresa Knorr (the last daughter in the real case) is still alive.

reply

Thanks for that, sadly she dies in this one.

Anyone know what the book was called?

reply

You can read part of the real story here. Has the names of 2 books written about them on the last page. http://www.trutv.com/library/crime/notorious_murders/family/theresa_cross/index.html

Theresa Knorr is the mother's real name NOT the daughter.

reply

Her youngest daughter is also named Theresa, but everyone refers to her as Terry.

reply

Ooooooohhhh, ok, I didn't know that. Now I think I do recall seeing her name as "Terry" when she was telling her story to Cold Case Files.

reply

I tought I saw on Wikipedia that the daughter who could flie the house and called the police several years later, died in 2011. I don't know the cause of death... Haven't looked that up yet.
