Walnut Springs, TX episode filmed at a different location??

so do they use a different location than the actual haunted house in these? When the camera was on the outside of the house, I saw a for sale sign in the reflection of the window so I went to the REMAX site and found the house for sale. The photos of the interior were the same as in the show.

If that actually IS the house they lived in, it's up for sale currently. $368k

The one thing I like about this show is its production value, and passing of the story. Plus real footage from investigations.

There is game that has this question: What will reduce the selling price of a home by 30% of its value in the US?

Answer: If it's Haunted.

Now is that still true? I don't know. But I have an interesting story about a retired Pastor I knew.

He was a church plainer and would move about the country. He lived in this house for many years. He had a good sized family that they raised. So as all things go he had to relocated to help a new church. So they moved. Years pass and one day gets a phone call from an investigator. He gladly takes time to speak with them.

As he finds out, the current owner is experiencing paranormal activity and it's increasing. So the investigator wanted to know if he or anyone in his family witnessed any activity when they lived there. He advised no. Well the investigator told the Pastor that the owners before him and the owners after him had reported activity and said that that was the cause of them selling the house.

That just goes to show that you might be living in a haunted house and not even know it.
