I've noticed in a lot of Korean films that take place in schools the students seem to be in a classroom without a teacher and just sit around talking. Is it supposed to be a study session or are they just waiting for class to begin?
shareLOL! Sorry to reply 3 years later but you know, your post made my day. It could be applied to chinese movies, japanese movies and anime series as well :D
shareHere in Germany we have 5-minute breaks between classes (and 1 longer breakfast break of course). We would usually remain inside the classroom and wait for the next teacher unless we have to change rooms for it. So that doesn't seem odd.
