The End?

Russell Howard has signed a 2-year deal with Sky1 to make a new, as yet untitled, comedy show for them that will commence in 2017. The new show will consist of 14 episodes, recorded before a live studio audience and is made by the same production company that made Russell Howard's Good News.

That probably spells the end for Russell Howard's Good News. The BBC have said that there are no immediate plans for another series of the show. 2016 was the first year that no new episodes of the show have been produced since it launched in 2009.
