At the dialogue, the acting, the dialogue ("I hope you get cancer!" "you joyless Bitch!") the ending, the beginning, everything was so overacted it was hilarious.
Also, I seem to remember a fair amount of female nudity in the orginal, which was the only reason I watched it, and was disappointed to find there wasn't any in this version.

I haven't seen the original, but this was disappointing. The actors were all good, but it was just such poor material. I felt so bad for Prue though. God, she was surrounded by *beep*. Imogen was great though!

I enjoyed it up until the last episode.. When it just got ridiculous and a little bit depressing. There was the part where Pru shouts that she hopes Gavin gets cancer and dies a slow painful death, the weird noises the mum comes out with, the whole air balloon scene, and the paramedics basically ignoring Pru. It wasn't the show I was hoping for.
