Giles?

Finally got around to watching this, and yes I agree that there are some pretty unbelievable moments; not least the whole underpinning storyline of Gavin somehow becoming supremely qualified as an English teacher - and luckily getting a job at Prue's school - in order to make Prue fall in love with him and get her pregnant, in order to get back at Peter. He then treats her like dirt but she doesn't mind. Errr, okay. Rather too many coincidences there I think.

But the thing I must've missed is: why did Giles hate Peter so much?

Surely not because Hermione Norris spurned his advances??
