I hope C.J. Bills makes it out of that town

I really hope that C.J. survives life in that town and leaves to go some place where he can really LIVE.

There is such a large risk of gaybashing and much higher risk of suicide among gay teens because of years of attacks from the hatemongers that I fear that if C.J. doesn't get out of that town his life will remain a hell.

When he goes to another city where he can be free to be who he really is I trust that he might actually start enjoying his life.

I dunno. He seems like a jackass to me, and his being gay has nothing to do with it.

I agree. Did he really go from Big Man On Campus to total outcast just for coming out?

I bet he wasn't as well liked beforehand as he thought he was.

I agree with the original poster and hope that he can live in a place that will encourage him to be himself, A town that causes a child who risks his own safety to stand up and defend another should feel ashamed for the troubles they have caused him and his family,

Gretchen: You're weird.
Donnie: Sorry.
Gretchen: No, that was a compliment.

I checked out on FB, I think he moved out of state and has a son now.... donno if he is bi or what, doesnt matter but it looks like he made it out of the state so hopefully he is happy.

After reading his Facebook page, I gotta wonder how he was so different in the documentary. I get that people change, but it IS the same person on Facebook, but doesn't seem like the same person AT ALL. He comes off on there like a loser - got a girl pregnant, she turned out to be kinda a slut.... LOTS of western PA drama. There is no mention of the film and none of the people from the film are in his Friends list. Yeah, I was stalking for a half hour or so! His page made me sad.

My question is.....is he gay at all? Or was this just some short of publicity stunt? for some strange reason?
