I recognized one of the people

The guy who is the construction contractor was in another show called "Obsessed". He's an extreme obsessive-compulsive who cleans his home constantly, and has OCD symptoms of counting, especially when he's working out at the gym. If he misses an exercise by one rep, he has to repeat the whole workout again.
Poor guy, molested as a child, and has OCD, but at least in the show he was getting some therapy. It apparently ran in his family and his sister also had OCD.

Its a shame that so many of these "perfect" men have such screwed up lives.
