Theatrical releae anywhere?

This film is listed here as a theatrical release, not a straight-to-video (or actually DVD that is), with all but the Canadian release being DVD premieres. I wonder if the Canadian date also should be DVD premiere as the date is same as the US DVD releae date. Anyone know?

I doubt this had a theatrical release. This is a straight to DVD type of film.
