The main objection I have to Jamie's shows

What happens to those nice school kids when Jamie leaves town? (Has he ever returned to Huntington, VA? Highly unlikely I would assume.)

I'm thinking of the nice kid whose overweight family he visited. Justin was it? He told Justin he would help him learn to cook and that then Justin could work for him at one of his restaurants. Jamie! Don't say outlandish things like that, the kid probably believed him!

What happened to the kids in the school who cooked the meal for the residents of Huntington? Most of the kids had some problems and they felt that they and Jamie were now a family and that they would all help each other.

This all made me very sad. These kids probably thought Jamie would stay in their lives, but has he ever given them a thought since he left? Doubtful.
