Did anyone else find the nugget experiment hard to watch?

Other other day in one my groups on campus, the chicken nugget experiment clip was shown to us (because it was relevant to what we were studying). It was the first time I have seen the clip, and it really made my stomach turn. Even some of the guys found it hard to watch (and of course some of the girls started gagging at one point).

I think the part that grossed me out the most was the way the "pink slime" (the mixture of chicken skin and bones), looked. It also made my stomach turn when at the end of the clip the camera purposely zoomed in on the stuff one last time.

The clip I am talking about is below, but I am sure lots of you have seen it.

It's just meat. One of the things I don't like about this show is how he acts all snobbish towards processed food. Granted, it's worse for you than fresh natural food, but chicken nuggets aren't responsible for an obesity epidemic, it's eating habits in general. I used to live off of frozen chicken (some processed, some not) when I was younger and trying to lose weight and it was pretty effective at shedding the pounds. Of course, chicken on its own is not a sustainable diet, processed or not, so I wouldn't recommend it, but in high school we had a pretty bad lunch system, even having a pop machine at one point which was replaced with healthier alternatives in my Junior year, but we still got pizza and fries as an option everyday, though I didn't usually eat it but maybe once a week. The lunch options at my highschool were atrocious, but we had an open campus policy for lunch and there was a pizza place across the street, so I guess between the two, the school's lunch was probably healthier. When I was trying to lose weight I typically ate a grilled chicken sandwich when available or a chicken patty/chicken nuggets when the grilled wasn't available. I still lost weight, but I understand why Jamie would want to get rid of these things entirely as they can lead to bad eating habits if your entire diet consists of processed food.
