season number 8 is listed in the season numbers just says starts 2016 with one episode but no specific info yet...will keep an eye out...

IMDb has a history of these kind of errors-the episode listings for Disappeared have been no exception. I did see on Twitter sometime last week a tweet from an actress that was working on the show in an episode filmed in Philadelphia. I'm guessing it's returning in the spring at some point.
shareAre you sure this show is coming back? I thought that when imdb listed a show with an end date like this one has (like 2009-2016) then that meant the show was done.
shareI'm not sure why the date is listed like that because as far as I'm aware, ID haven't confirmed a renewal but then it hasn't been cancelled, either. Season 8 is definitely coming, it would seem. The actress is called Rhiannon Latimer and she tweeted she was filming for the show in Philadelphia-this was on January 19.

I messaged IMDB about the dates being wrong for some of the episodes last season....I said it was unacceptable beacause this show is about real people that are misssing...they promptly corrected the dates
